Amidst the picturesque surroundings of Valley View Farm, home to gracious hosts Colleen and Bill Noyes, the Tartans for the Trust event unfolded as a testament to community and conservation. This year, the ambiance was heightened by more than just sunlit skies, live Irish melodies, and a curated Scotch tasting. Board President Matt Vondra proudly announced that BACT has ushered nearly 100 additional acres under conservation easements in the past year.
The annual outdoor event is great fun for the entire family. This year, attending was a large number of children who enjoyed visiting with the SOUL Harbour Ranch staff and their miniature therapy horses, dancing to the Highlands-style music, and playing together on the beautiful Noyes’ property. It was a day of celebrating family and friends, and the community’s dedication to preserving its open spaces.
